Last updated: August 2026. These terms apply to everything bought from jewelrybymann.com, operated by Jewelry by Mann in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. They are governed by the laws of Ontario.

The products

Everything sold here is gold-plated or silver-finish fashion jewellery over a nickel-free brass alloy. It is not solid gold or solid silver, is not hallmarked, and carries no precious-metal content beyond the plating described on each product page.

Plating thickness, base metal and dimensions are stated per product. Pieces involving hand-set stones vary slightly between items; that is characteristic of the work rather than a defect.

Colours on screen

Screens render gold and stone colours differently. We photograph honestly and describe colours plainly, but a small difference between what you see and what arrives is normal and is not a fault.

Prices and availability

• All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
• Stock is finite and shown per colour. If something sells out between your order and confirmation, we will tell you and refund in full.
• If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order. We may decline an order — for example where stock has gone or the delivery address cannot be served — and will refund anything already paid.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; once a parcel is with the carrier, timing is outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Orders outside Canada may attract import duty or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are not included in the price. They are your responsibility as the importer, and we cannot calculate or pay them on your behalf. Parcels are declared honestly at the price paid; we will not under-declare a shipment or mark it as a gift.

Please check your address carefully. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a re-postage charge.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, including your rights where goods are defective, not as described, or not delivered.

Care and wear

Plated jewellery changes with wear. Damage caused by perfume, hairspray, lotion, chlorine, water immersion or abrasive cleaning is not a manufacturing fault. Care guidance is on every product page.

Using this site

• Product photography, text and design on this site belong to Jewelry by Mann. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods as described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
