Questions
Built from the questions that come up under every Instagram post — starting with the three that come up most.
Ordering
How do I know if something is in stock?
Every product page shows live availability. If a colour is sold out, the swatch is marked and you cannot add it to the bag — you will never be told after ordering that something was unavailable. Pieces do sell out, so if something is marked low stock it usually is.
Where are the prices?
On every product, on every card, before you have to ask. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include nothing hidden — shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Can you help me choose?
Yes, and most customers do. Send a photo of your outfit on WhatsApp and Mann will tell you what works with the neckline, what suits the occasion, and what to leave. It is the same service she has always run through Instagram — the website has not replaced it.
Do you help with full bridal sets?
Yes. Bridal orders are worth starting early — message with your date, your outfit colours and what you have already bought, and she will put options together rather than leaving you to match a choker, haar and tikka from three different pages.
About the jewellery
Does this come in other colours?
Where a piece is made in more than one colour, every option is shown as a swatch on the product page with its own photographs and its own stock count. What you see is what exists — if a colour is not listed, it is not currently available.
What does “gold plated” actually mean?
The piece is brass alloy with a layer of real gold bonded to the surface. It is not solid gold and we never describe it as such. Every product lists its plating type and micron thickness — thicker plating on the everyday range, lighter on occasion pieces that are worn a few times a year.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Everything in the range is nickel-free. If you react to costume jewellery generally, the everyday pieces with two-micron plating are the safest starting point, as there is more metal between your skin and the base alloy.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Within Ontario most orders arrive in two to four business days, and across Canada in four to seven. International delivery runs from four business days to the United States up to three weeks for the furthest destinations. Every order is tracked and you will get the number by email.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Orders leave from Brampton, Ontario and go to Canada, the United States, the UK, Europe, the Gulf, South Asia and Australia. If you are unsure whether we reach you, ask — the answer is usually yes.
I need it for a function this week. Can you help?
Often, yes — but ask first rather than ordering and hoping. Message 437-990-6612 on WhatsApp with your date and postcode and you will get an honest answer about whether it can arrive in time.
Will I pay customs or duty?
Orders outside Canada may attract import duty or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are not included in the price. Every country sets its own threshold, so we cannot calculate it at checkout or pay it for you. Parcels are always declared honestly at the price paid — we will not under-declare an order or mark it as a gift.
Care
Will it tarnish?
Plated jewellery will change over time — that is true of every plated piece from every brand. How fast depends almost entirely on care. Perfume, hairspray, lotion and water are what lift plating. Put jewellery on last, wipe it after wearing, and store it dry, and occasion pieces will stay bright for years.
Returns
Can I return or exchange something?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Still not sure?
Ask. Most customers do, and it is the part they mention afterwards.
