Tracking
Every order is tracked. You will get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier — usually the same evening it is dispatched.
If you have a date
Weddings, Eid, Diwali and Karva Chauth do not move, so ask before you order rather than hoping. Message on WhatsApp with your date and postcode and you will get a straight answer about whether it can arrive in time — including if the answer is no.
Short-notice orders are often possible. It is one of the things customers mention most in their messages afterwards.
Packaging
Each piece is boxed and pouched, then packed into a padded outer. It arrives ready to give as a gift without repacking.
Customs, duty and local taxes
Orders outside Canada may attract import duty or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are not included in the price.
Every country sets its own threshold, and there is no way for us to calculate it at checkout or pay it on your behalf. If your parcel is held, the carrier will contact you directly — it is almost always a small payment and a form, not a problem with the order.
Parcels are declared honestly, at the price paid. We will not under-declare a parcel or mark an order as a gift to reduce your duty; it is customs fraud, and it voids any insurance on the shipment.
What is outside our control
- Customs inspection. A parcel can sit for days without anyone being able to move it along.
- Carrier delays during festival and holiday peaks — Eid, Diwali and December are the worst weeks of the year. Order earlier than you think you need to.
- Weather disruption, particularly on long-haul routes.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check yours carefully — an international parcel returned to sender can take over a month.
